Membership Eligibility
Membership Categories:
A. Institutional Members
|
|
Organizations or institutions in the Asia-Pacific region engaged in legal professional services or other professional services that support the objectives of the Association.
|
|
|
B. Individual Members
|
|
• Legal Professional Services:
Individuals in the Asia-Pacific region engaged in legal professional services who support the objectives of the Association.
• Other Professional Services:
Individuals in the Asia-Pacific region engaged in accounting, finance, technology, trademarks, patents and intellectual property, business consulting, or other professional services who support the objectives of the Association.

C. Student Members
|
|
Students in the Asia-Pacific region enrolled in full-time or part-time legal studies who support the objectives of the Association.
|
|
Notes:
• Members of an institutional member organization who meet the qualifications for individual membership may apply separately to become individual members.
• Student members may apply to convert to ordinary individual membership upon graduation.
Members' Rights
|
• Members have priority access to all legal forums, academic seminars, training courses, networking events, external exchange programs, and visits organized by the Association, and may enjoy member discounts.
• The Association will periodically provide members with the latest industry updates and Association news.

Members' Obligations
Members must comply with the Articles of Association and all relevant rules of the Association.
Application Procedure
Applicants are requested to complete the appropriate membership application form and email to: secretary@apaclaw.org ; or post to the Secretariat of the Association at:
22/F, Weswick Commercial Building,
147-149 Queen's Road East,
Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Upon approval of the membership application by resolution of the Board of Directors, the Secretariat will issue a membership certificate, and the applicant will officially become a member.
